The Opportunity

Join Loftus Bradford, a global boutique executive search firm based in Barcelona that serves clients worldwide. We place senior executives from the C-level to the Senior Director level for leading organizations and brands.

As an Engagement Manager at Loftus Bradford, you would be working with our Client Services and Search team to delight our customers by delivering exceptional talent, service and experience. In this dynamic role, you will lead impactful client engagements, executing high-value executive search assignments whilst building your network in a dedicated function and managing a team of consultants on search mandates. As a by-product, you would be making a significant impact on the company's growth, revenue and scaling journey.

Our team excels at creating meaningful, long-term matches between clients and candidates across CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, PE and Founder-led organizations. From Barcelona, we operate globally, serving clients in markets spanning North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Latam.
