What You’ll Do

As an intern, you’ll work closely with our research team to support the full recruitment cycle for senior-level executives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research on target candidates, companies, and industry trends.
• Identifying top talent through sourcing and networking.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations, including CVs, shortlists, and follow-up documents.
• Managing and updating the candidate database in our CRM system.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.
• Exploring innovative ideas to improve internal processes.
• Conducting initial candidate interviews as part of your natural professional growth.
