The Opportunity

Join Loftus Bradford, a global boutique executive search firm based in Barcelona and serving our clients all over the world. We place senior executives C level to Senior Director level for leading organizations and brands.

As a Principal at Loftus Bradford, you would be reporting to our Managing Partner with a pathway to partnership at the firm. In this dynamic role, you will lead impactful client engagements, executing on high value executive search assignments whilst developing a practice area and leading a high-performing team of search consultants. As a by product you would be making a signficant impact on the company growth, revenue and scaling journey.

Our team excels at creating meaningful, long-term matches between clients and candidates across CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, PE and Founder-led organizations. From Barcelona, we operate globally, serving clients in markets spanning the North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Latam.
